Once you've selected one
of our programs or services please take time to read our
policies on payments and cancellations:
RESERVATIONS:
We require 50% in advance to book, such payment can be done
easily in any of our accounts in Bco and / or West Union
with the data that you send by mail the sales staff.
The balance is paid 72 hours before the arrival of customers.
Reservations need the next information (of each customer):
1. Name
2. Nationality
3. Date of Birth
4. Number of passport (if any, can send their ID numbers)
Peruvian event requires a fax or scanned copy of the DNI
5. CSI Card (International Student Card) in scanned copy (if
applicable)
Last-minute reservations
Will be accepted after screening Spaces of our reservations
department, this will be accepted or not depending on
availability.
If confirmed, we require the payment of 100% to book
Please note that payments made through international
transfers you must assume the costs generate such a transfer.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation must be sent in writing to our reservations
department 15 days before the arrival of the customer and
give the reasons for the cancellation
Non Show will be charged 50% in reservations canceled 10
days in advance and 100% for cancellation with 48 days in
advance.
CANCELLATIONS MADE BY U.S.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking under the
following circumstances:
1) The customer refuses to pay the full amount of the
program (if your arrival is within 48 hours) unless an
agreement is reached on both sides
2) Grounds of Force Majeure:
Inability to operate the service by situations beyond our
control such as delayed flights, technical problems, bad
weather, unexpected strikes, government decisions affecting
services or other disruptive in any or all of the program.
In these situations we will do everything possible to
provide an alternative program that comes close for the most
part to the initial program that you reserve. We will do our
best to help and serve it in the best shape possible,
however not be liable for extra expenses I hardships that
any situation may cause.
POLICY OF INCA TRAIL (applies to both tours as loose inside
package)
It requires 100% advance payment for booking and guarantee
space for the Inca Trail, this deposit is not refundable,
once taken out permits also were not accepted
Changes in any of the personal data provided to customers in
case they are wrong, so we ask you check all the information
well before send.
We appreciate your understanding in this regard as we work
on the basis of the regulations imposed by the INC in Cusco. |
